SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We will always aim to get your beautiful product to you as soon as possible, however as we are a small business we aren't always perfectly on-time - We hope you can understand.
Your product should ship within 48 hours of receiving your Order Confirmation email. Once shipped you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email along with a tracking link and it should be delivered within 3-5 days (Standard Delivery).
If you haven't received your product within the above timelines, please email info@brogsbijoux.co.uk and we will look into it.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Whilst we hope that there aren't any problems with your new product, we understand that sometimes things happen or you decide to change your mind.
If there is something wrong with your product please let us know as soon as you realise by emailing info@brogsbijoux.co.uk. Once authorised by our team we will send you over all of the details you need.
Returns must be raised with our team within 14 days of receiving the product and it must be unworn / unused.

As all of our products are handmade and unique, we are unable to offer replacements. Instead we will either offer a refund or an alternative product of the same value.
As we are a small business, we unfortunately cannot cover the costs of the return and therefore postage fees would be at your own cost.
